SHELDON REYNOLDS

Whether as guitarist or vocalist, soloist or band member, Sheldon Reynolds has been an important Black music figure since first stepping onstage in the 1970s. Among his most notable performances, the Cincinnati native (b. 1959) appeared with the band Sun on the Commodores’ album Nightshift, and in Earth Wind & Fire’s “System of Survival.”
